The project is based on the construction of the new Hospital with 380 places and 12 surgery rooms, keeping the already existing structure still operative during the works. The whole urban park will be retrained, and the currently partially deserted buildings will be object of public/private conventions for receptive, commercial and cultural activities, as well as for residential areas design.
