The climate and its influence on the landscape of the Headland of Portofino is the center of our interest. Weather is a pervasive and visible regulating strength: it affects agriculture, landscape shapes, vegetation. It establishes a strong and recognizable bond between Sea and Mountain. This led to the planning of a study and exhibition center for meteorology, placed into the venues of the old military batteries.
